We administer performance appraisals and offer one-on-one executive coaching. Everything is predicated on performance. If starting a new position, in a new company or within your existing firm, we have developed and implemented an effective onboarding technique (First 90-Days) to increase the likelihood of success, a topic we have spoken about throughout the world.

We deliver speeches and coordinate and conduct workshops and webinars for thousands of executives each year - with great effect. The approach, similar to the 1-1 coaching, is maniacally focused on results and improving performance. As former executives, we get the importance of experiencing something enduring after the speech, workshop or off-site is over. We also know the drivers of employee engagement, fulfillment and performance: identifying what really matters to the organization, the division, the team and the individual, understanding the underlying ‘why,’ where the individual fits into the larger picture, his/her contribution - provide the requisite meaning that serves as the fuel for that employee.

Services include
Key Note addresses focused on goal identification (what matters) and goal pursuit and achievement. Attendees walk away with tangible tools and meaningful materials.

Webinars when in-person is presents a challenge or when there are multiple locations. These are designed to be interactive to maintain engagement and once again are built to leave the participant with important takeaways that last well after the webinar is complete.

Off-sites/Retreats are developed in coordination with you and your key objectives. If the event comes after a merger has taken place, a program would be designed to get to the heart of integration of culture, processes, systems, etc. As with everything we do, and as former executives who conducted off-sites, some effective, some not, we know what matters and what will make a lasting difference.

Transitions take many forms. Most often, clients know they need to or want to make a change, and transition to a new role. This role could be within the same company, a similar industry, or within an entirely new field. The focus of the work is not only on “what” should be the role, but also, the “why.” Addressing the drivers leads to the “what,” and maps out the more tactical “how.”
